• If you want to book private transfers with this package, you need to select the option during booking and pay additional cost.
• The starting point of the New Year party at Dubai Creek activity is Dubai Creek- Al Seef St, Umm Hurair 1- Dubai, Bur Dubai Sight,
  Gate No – E. It is located near Kailash Parbat Restaurant. Guests who didn’t opt for the transfer facility must reach the departing location on time.
• Please coordinate with the team if your pickup/drop-off location is from anywhere in Downtown Dubai or the Business Bay area. These places may remain closed during New Year’s Eve, in which case, a mutual point is selected for the transfer, that is the Mall of the Emirates.
• If you have not opted for transfers, then kindly reach the location 10 to 15 minutes before boarding time that is 9 PM.
• Any important update or information regarding your cruise will be shared by our team via WhatsApp or Email.
• We have two different tickets- lower deck and upper deck (both have different charges).
• Guests booking the lower deck cannot access the upper deck during the live fireworks show. They have to enjoy the fireworks from the lower deck windows.
• The menu details are available at the dinner buffet area.
• The location may change if the weather is bad or rough sea and the coast guard restricts open sea access.
• There is no refund for people who do not show up for the cruise or arrive late and miss it.
• The transfer timings can vary depending on the traffic conditions, road closures or locations.
• You should carry a shawl, warm jacket or anything that can keep you warm if you feel cold when the temperature drops at night.
• While there are no dress code for the cruise, you are requested to go for a modest wear. Avoid wearing any revealing clothes as a respect to the culture and traditions of the country.
• The cruise is not accessible by strollers.
• The cruise team will organize the placement of guests, and seating will be assigned accordingly as per the decks selected by the guests.

• There are no airport pickup available.

By Metro- The easiest way to reach Al Seef is by boarding the metro and getting down at the Burjuman Metro Station. Exit the station and walk to the location (approx. 10-15 minutes).

By Bus- Bus lines 29, C10, or 33 will drop you near Al Seef. Walk towards your destination.

By Private Transfers- You can also book optional private transfers from us as well.

• The New Year Party near Dubai Creek will continue for three hours.
• Our pickup is scheduled between 8 PM and 8:30 PM on 31st December 2026.
• The scheduled boarding time is 9 PM to 9:45 PM. Al Seef, Bur Dubai is the boarding point (next to Kailash Parbat, Gate No. E).
• The direct reporting, boarding time is 9 PM to 9:30 PM.
• The activity begins around 10 PM and ends by 1 AM (1^st January 2027).
• We will drop back the guests to their hotels between 2 AM and 3 AM.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings are non-refundable; once confirmed, a 100% cancellation charge will be incurred.
• If the booking is cancelled by us for any reason, the refund will take 7 to 14 days to reflect in your bank statement.

Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Child Policy

• There is free entry for kids below three years old as they are considered infants.
• There are child rate tickets for kids between 3 to 10 years old.
• Others above 10 must pay standard rate tickets to be a part of the celebration on the cruise.

A charter or event may be called off by the organizer in the situations listed below:

• If weather or sea conditions are unsafe, the captain or organizer may decide to cancel, delay, or move the event to another time to protect all guests.
• Any mechanical issues, operational faults, or safety concerns that affect the Cruise can lead to immediate cancellation of the booking.
• For shared Cruise experiences, a minimum number of guests must be confirmed. If this requirement is not reached on time, the organizer will cancel the event.
• Natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other major emergencies may result in cancellations without any liability on the organizer’s side.
• Refunds are limited to the total amount paid by the guest. No compensation beyond the refund will be provided.
• Costs related to travel, accommodation, or other third-party services are not the organizer’s responsibility.
• The organizer’s liability does not extend beyond refunding the charter fee. If the missed activities (such as fireworks) or weather-related disruptions occur, the organizer is not liable because they are not in their control.
