• You have to reach the activity location on time if chosen without the transfer option.
• The starting point of the activity is Dubai Creek (Al Seef, Bur Dubai Sight). Guests who didn’t opt for the transfer facility must reach the departing location on time.
• We do provide a pickup or drop-off facility with a private transfer option.
• The exact activity location will be shared by our team via WhatsApp or Email.
• We have two different tickets- lower deck and upper deck (both have different charges).
• Guests booking the lower deck cannot access the upper deck during the live fireworks show. They have to enjoy the fireworks from the lower deck windows
• Separate restrooms are available on board for men and women.
• Non-alcoholic champagne is served on board.
• A special cake for the guests.

• The boarding will begin around 09:00 PM to 09:30 PM.
• The dhow cruise will depart the dock around 10:30 PM.
• After the celebration is over, the cruise will return and dock around 2:00 AM.
• The activity on New Year’s Eve has a pickup window from 7 pm to 7:30 pm on December 31st.
• The drop-off time on January 1st is scheduled between 2:30 am and 3 am. If someone has chosen the private transfer option
• Book Now and Pay Later offer is valid till 15th of Dec 2024 only.

We offer a non-refundable cancelation policy. If you cancel the booking or fail to show up due to any emergency, we will cancel your booking. Moreover, you won’t get any refund.
