Multiple commutes are available to reach Dubai Water Canal. If you are coming by metro, avail of the red line metro and get down at the Business Bay metro station. Start walking towards the Sheikh Zayed Road and cross the bridge. Here, you will find a pathway toward the Dubai Water Canal. However, if you are coming by car, take the same road and turn to the Dubai World Trade Centre. Cross the St. Regis Hotel to the Sheikh Zayed bridge. You can park your car here and walk towards the canal. The best option is the shared transfer, which is included in the package.

• If your preferred slots are unavailable, you can book other slots. We will resend the new vouchers in your email.
• However, you cancel the booking before confirmation to get a full refund.

• If you cancel the booking fifteen days before the activity day, we will charge 50% of your booking charges as the cancelation fee.
• If you cancel the booking within seven to fifteen days before the activity day, we will charge 75% of your booking charges as the cancelation fee.

We will charge a 100% cancelation charge if you cancel the booking seven days before the activity day.
