New Year Eve Canal Cruise Dinner

• Please always keep your Emirates ID or passport handy when coming for the cruise ride.
• Seating arrangements are done by the management authorities depending on the selected deck of customers.
• Kids can participate in the activity only when they come with their guardians.
• It is important to maintain a proper dress code that meets the New Year’s Eve vibe. However, please refrain from wearing inappropriate clothes.
• Furthermore, please understand that it is a NYE special activity. Therefore, you can enjoy it only on 31^st December 2026.
• Our private transfers are available from centrally located hotels or residences. However, we don’t provide transfers from the airport.
• Always carry a light jacket since the temperature can drop.
• This cruise accomodates 130 people (70 for upper deck and 60 for lower deck), so booking them in advance is a wise choice.
• There are free parking access at Jameel Arts Center.
• Guests are kindly requested to refrain from bringing alcoholic beverages or boarding the cruise under the influence of alcohol.
• In case of rough sea conditions or bad weather, there may be restrictions for the access to the open waters. There may be change of location as well.

• Pickup timing- between 7:45 pm and 8:15 pm (only on selecting the transfers)
• Drop-off timing- between 2 am and 3 am on 1^st January 2027.
• Boarding time- between 9 pm and 9:45 pm.
• Direct reporting- guests must directly report to the location by 8 pm.
• Departure time- the cruise leaves the dock around 10 pm and comes back at 1 am.
• Departing location- Al Jaddaf Waterfront.

By Metro- If you are not opting for any transfer facilities with us, then you can hop on the green line metro to the Creek. After dropping off at the Al Jaddaf metro station, you should walk toward the location.

For a hassle-free journey, you can always  go for our private transfers that will make sure you reach on time.

• We only provide private transfers on the New Year’s Eve.
• The pickup timing can change on the 31^st of December night. Hence, it can be between 30 to 60 minutes as per the traffic conditions in your area.

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

• Bookings are non-refundable; once confirmed, a 100% cancellation charge will be incurred.
• If the booking is cancelled by us for any reason, the refund will take 7 to 14 days to reflect in your bank statement.

Child Policy

• Free entry for kids younger than 3 years old.
• Kids between 3 and 10 years old must book child tickets separately.
• Others above 10 years old must book standard tickets.

A charter or event may be called off by the organizer in the situations listed below:

• If weather or sea conditions are unsafe, the captain or organizer may decide to cancel, delay, or move the event to another time to protect all guests.
• Any mechanical issues, operational faults, or safety concerns that affect the Cruise can lead to immediate cancellation of the booking.
• For shared Cruise experiences, a minimum number of guests must be confirmed. If this requirement is not reached on time, the organizer will cancel the event.
• Natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other major emergencies may result in cancellations without any liability on the organizer’s side.
• Refunds are limited to the total amount paid by the guest. No compensation beyond the refund will be provided.
• Costs related to travel, accommodation, or other third-party services are not the organizer’s responsibility.
• The organizer’s liability does not extend beyond refunding the charter fee. If the missed activities (such as fireworks) or weather-related disruptions occur, the organizer is not liable because they are not in their control.
