• We offer transfer facilities from Dubai hotels and residences. No airport pickups are available.
• The traffic conditions in your area can affect the private transfer facility timing. Hence, we can change the timing accordingly.
• The pickup timing for the activity on New Year’s Eve is between 7 pm to 7.30 pm (on 31^st December), and 2.30 am to 3 am will be the drop-off time on 1st 
• Pickup time is 06:30 PM to 07:00 PM depending on some location.

• We don’t provide any included transfer facilities with the activity on New Year 2025.
• Guests must reach the activity location at least 30 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on the activity voucher.
• The activity will start around 9 pm and end by 1.30 am.

• The boarding will begin around 9 pm.
• The dhow cruise will depart the dock around 10 pm.
• After the celebration is over, the cruise will return and dock around 1:30 am.
• Our departure location is Marina Promenade Near Double Tree by Hilton (beside Jewels Towers).
• Book Now and Pay Later offer is valid till 15th of Dec 2024 only.

Once the booking is confirmed, our team will send a few relevant details regarding the activity within ten days of the activity via email or WhatsApp. Travelers might have queries regarding the activity or any other issues. Hence, we have a separate team of customer assistants. The team is available round-the-clock for assistance. Therefore, we assure everyone will have a great time on the cruise and go back with fond memories of the activity.
