- The transfer timing may alter because of traffic conditions at your location.
- Strollers are not accommodable on the cruise or any of its deck.
- The cruise is always on time, so arrive early or else there are no scope of boarding in case of late arrival.
- Children must stay with a parent or guardian at all times

- Once confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling can be made.
- Please ensure that children are always under the care and supervision of an adult.
- Infants may share seating with parents (separate seats aren’t guaranteed).
- Child tickets for kids below 10 years old.
- Kids 11 and older are charged the adult price.
A charter or event may be called off by the organizer in the situations listed below:
- If weather or sea conditions are unsafe, the captain or organizer may decide to cancel, delay, or move the event to another time to protect all guests.
- Any mechanical issues, operational faults, or safety concerns that affect the Cruise can lead to immediate cancellation of the booking.
- For shared Cruise experiences, a minimum number of guests must be confirmed. If this requirement is not reached on time, the organizer will cancel the event.
- Natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other major emergencies may result in cancellations without any liability on the organizer’s side.
- Refunds are limited to the total amount paid by the guest. No compensation beyond the refund will be provided.
- Costs related to travel, accommodation, or other third-party services are not the organizer’s responsibility.
- The organizer’s liability does not extend beyond refunding the charter fee. If the missed activities (such as fireworks) or weather-related disruptions occur, the organizer is not liable because they are not in their control.
