• You can book any slot between 10 am and 6 pm.
• The total experience lasts for approximately 15 minutes.

• Participants are requested to furnish their Emirates ID or passport when coming for the activity.
• Always bring your own swimwear and towels.
• There are certain eligibility criteria to participate in the activity. The minimum and maximum weight requirement to try parasailing is 50 kg and 150 kg.
• The combined weight of both the participants should not cross 180 kgs. In that case, it is best to get separate flights.
• Our transfer facilities are available from hotels and residences located in Deira, Sheikh Zayed, Bur Dubai, and Marina.
• Kids can go for parasailing. However, kids between 10 to 18 years old must be accompanied by their guardian during the flight.
• We don’t ask for any previous experience from the participants.

By Bus- Bus routes N55, 8, or 84 will take you to the JBR Station 2. The meeting point is a few-minutes away from the bus stop.

By Taxi- You can book a taxi to reach the meeting point for parasailing.

• If you cancel the bookings within 24 hours of the activity time, it will attract 100% cancellation charges.
• The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven days (if eligible).
