Emirates ID or passport is mandatory when coming for the activity.
Alcoholic beverages are not included (can be bought separately).
Lower deck and upper deck have two different ticket pricing.
The required details, like the exact location, timing, contact person’s name and number, etc. will be sent one or two days before the activity.
Party-appropriate clothes are mandatory with comfortable footwear. However, no improper outfits are allowed.
We are happy to provide you with our luxurious private transfers (optional).
Live entertainment includes an onboard belly dance and a Tanoura dance show.
If you are arriving at the location on your own, then you must arrive at the baording point at least one hour before the scheduled activity.
The coast guard has the right to change the location if there is a bad weather or rough sea condition.
The transfer timings can alter as per the given location and traffic conditions.
There won’t be any transfers from the restricted areas due to road closures after 4 pm.
There are no refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.
Stroller is not allowed in any cruise on the Dubai Marina.

Our departure location is Dubai Marina Harbor.
Sharing transfers are not provided with the activity. However, you can always enjoy a lavish private transfer (optional).
New Year means a crowded city. Therefore, we can change the transfer timing (30 to 60 minutes) considering the traffic scene in your area.
Schedule for private-based pickup- between 8 pm and 8:30 pm (as per traffic situation).
Boarding time is from 9 pm to 9:45 pm.
Anyone planning to direct report must arrive at the location between 8 pm and 8.30 pm. Dubai Marina Harbor is the boarding point.
The boarding process starts at 9 pm till 9:30 pm.
The cruise starts sailing sharp at 10 pm and returns by 1.00 am (1^st January 2027).
Guest drop-off is finished between 2 am and 3 am.

By Metro- Take a redline metro and alight at the Jumeirah Lake Towers station. Your destination is within walking distance from the station.
By Bus- Bus lines 8, 84, or F55A will surely take you to your destination for the activity.

Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non-refundable; once confirmed, a 100% cancellation charge will be incurred.
If the booking is cancelled by us for any reason, the refund will take 7 to 14 days to reflect in your bank statement.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

A charter or event may be called off by the organizer in the situations listed below:

If weather or sea conditions are unsafe, the captain or organizer may decide to cancel, delay, or move the event to another time to protect all guests.
Any mechanical issues, operational faults, or safety concerns that affect the Cruise can lead to immediate cancellation of the booking.
For shared Cruise experiences, a minimum number of guests must be confirmed. If this requirement is not reached on time, the organizer will cancel the event.
Natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other major emergencies may result in cancellations without any liability on the organizer’s side.
Refunds are limited to the total amount paid by the guest. No compensation beyond the refund will be provided.
Costs related to travel, accommodation, or other third-party services are not the organizer’s responsibility.
The organizer’s liability does not extend beyond refunding the charter fee. If the missed activities (such as fireworks) or weather-related disruptions occur, the organizer is not liable because they are not in their control.
