Natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other major emergencies may result in cancellations without any liability on the organizer’s side.
Refunds are limited to the total amount paid by the guest. No compensation beyond the refund will be provided.
Costs related to travel, accommodation, or other third-party services are not the organizer’s responsibility.
The organizer’s liability does not extend beyond refunding the charter fee. If the missed activities (such as fireworks) or weather-related disruptions occur, the organizer is not liable because they are not in their control.
