• The ticket rates will change based on demand. It will increase as the ticket availability decreases.
• Everyone must arrive at the reporting location on time without any delay.
• There are no refunds for anyone who arrived late.
• The captain won’t wait for the latecomers. Also, no refunds or rescheduling will be made for no-shows.
• The coast guard may recommend changing the route in case of poor weather or a rough sea.
• Pregnant women, people with back or neck injuries, and kids below 3 years old should avoid participating in the activity for safety reasons.
• Please note that ticket prices will significantly increase as New Year’s Eve approaches. The rate may exceed 100% as the date comes closer.
• Strollers are not accommodable on the cruise or any of its deck.
• Areas that have closures after 4 pm are not available to arrange a transfer from.
• In case of closure or heavy traffic at your location, kindly be cooperative and meet at a common point to reach the departing location on time.
• The transfer timing may alter because of traffic conditions at your location.
• The cruise is always on time, so arrive early or else there are no scope of boarding in case of late arrival.
• Guests are free to dress up as they want. Casual outfits or modest party wear are the best options. Avoid wearing swimwear or inappropriate clothes.

There is possibility of roadblocks by the authorities in the Business Bay Area for the New Year celebrations. If it happens, the pick up will be arranged from the Emirates.
