• You can wear any party outfits that are comfortable for you but swimwear or revealing clothes are strict no.
• Do not exceed the guest number than it is stated to be accommodable on the selected yacht.

• No refunds will be processed after booking is confirmed. The package is entirely non-refundable.

A charter or event may be called off by the organizer in the situations listed below:

• Any mechanical issues, operational faults, or safety concerns that affect the yacht can lead to immediate cancellation of the booking.
• Natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other major emergencies may result in cancellations without any liability on the organizer’s side.
• Refunds are limited to the total amount paid by the guest. No compensation beyond the refund will be provided.
• Costs related to travel, accommodation, or other third-party services are not the organizer’s responsibility.
• The organizer’s liability does not extend beyond refunding the charter fee. If the missed activities (such as fireworks) or weather-related disruptions occur, the organizer is not liable because they are not in their control.
