Cancellation Policy
- Get a full refund for canceling the bookings 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
- However, no refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours.
- Expect to get the refund within seven business days (if eligible).
Child Policy
- Kids below three years old will get free entry.
- However, children between three and ten years old must book child tickets.
- Others above 10 years old must book standard tickets.
