- There will be one captain and four staff members on the yacht.

- The boarding of 70 ft yacht for New Year in Dubai is from 9 PM to 9:30 PM, on 31st December 2026.
- The Yacht will depart the dock around 10 pm.
- After the celebration is over, the yacht will return and dock at approximately 2:00 am.
- Our departure location is Dubai Marina.
- The “Book Now & Pay Later” promotion is exclusively valid until December 15, 2026.
- Starting from Dubai Marina: Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, Ain Dubai, and the JBR Skyline.
- Starting from Dubai Creek/Water Canal: Guests will witness the stunning Burj Khalifa beautifully adorning the city’s skyline.
- Everyone must bring their original passport or Emirates ID when coming for the activity.
- The maximum capacity of the yacht is 32 people. Therefore, it must not exceed the limit on the activity day.
- Book at least 2 hours before.
- There is strict prohibition for smoking.
- Guests can request for fishing equipment, if they want to.
- You can bring your own snacks and drinks on the yacht. But do not litter the yacht.
- The charter will begin its boarding at 9 pm and leave the dock on time at 10 pm; hence, guests must not arrive late. It will end at 2 am and there are no extensions or compensation for delays.
- The coast guard may not allow to sail if the weather or sea conditions are not favorable.
- You can wear any party outfits that are comfortable for you but swimwear or revealing clothes are strict no.
- You can bring outside food and drinks to the yacht or arrange a catering services on extra charges.
No refunds will be processed after booking is confirmed. The package is entirely non-refundable.
